Before You Register: Important Club Information

All Springwoods PTA Afterschool Clubs are 100% volunteer-run. Volunteers are essential to providing a safe, organized, and high-quality club experience for our students.

Registration Timeline

• Fall club registration will open Tuesday, September 15th at 9am

• PTA members will receive a 24-hour preview prior to general registration.

Volunteer Priority & Capacity

• Children of volunteers receive priority placement in clubs and count toward the club’s total capacity.

• Each club has a strict maximum capacity to ensure quality and safety.

• If you are unable to check out or receive an error message, the club has reached maximum capacity. We are unable to exceed this limit.

Waitlist Information

• Please sign up for the club waitlist if a club is full.

• Families will be contacted in the order of the waitlist if spots become available.

Eligibility

• Clubs are open to all Springwoods students and homeschool students zoned for Springwoods Elementary.

High Demand & Fair Access

• These clubs are extremely popular, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Fun Fact

• Over 200 different students participate in PTA Clubs each year

• Only 10% are children of PTA members—these programs serve the entire Springwoods community.
